At issue in Brussels breakdown: Greeks ask 2 close 2% of 2.6% fiscal gap w tax measures but asked for 0.6% through structural reforms. (2/5)

(4/5) so this is *not* a Greek walkout according to Greeks. They were told no basis of negotiation. They are staying in Brussels.

(5/5) Greek govt source: Holland/Merkel told us to go to institutions and do deal, institutions told us no more negotiations.

My snap take on Brussels talks breakdown. Greeks did offer to do 2% of fiscal austerity, which they had not done before. EU wants 0.6% more.
